Instructions for receiving an order.
Dear customers. Our products, no matter how good the packaging we try to make, do not cease to be fragile. Also we can never rule out an unfortunate moment during their journey.
So to avoid unpleasant surprises, we advise you to always be careful when receiving an order. Please examine each package carefully. If possible, open it as soon as possible in the presence of the carrier. In case you find outwards that it has signs of discomfort (the box is torn, cut, opened, etc.), check the contents immediately and if there is damage, please inform us immediately.
Return policy
1. In case one or some of the products have been damaged during transport, we undertake their replacement, but not the shipping and return costs (if a refund is required).
2. In case of error or defective products due to us, we undertake the complete replacement and shipping and return costs.
3. In case you want a change or return due to a purchase error, you have the right to return the product (s) you want, within 15 calendar days and in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer. Once we receive the products back and check them, we will refund your money or they will be credited to your card for the next purchase.
Returns of case (3) do not apply to seasonal items (Easter - Christmas).
